Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13
God loves you!
He love you so much that He choose to die for you instead of living without you. If Christ did not die for me and you, we would have been seperated from Him for all eternity. He love us so much that He died on the cross for your sins and my sins so that we can be forgiven and be reconciled with Him.
Romans 5:8 – But God has shown us how much he love us – it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us!
The value of something is usually determined by what someone is willing to pay for it. How much you are willing to pay for a new vehicle, or a loaf of bread, a bar of soap will give us an indication what value you attached to that item. God was willing to pay for your life with His life and it gives us an indication of our value. That makes your value infinitly. There is no end to your worth. You are more precious than all the silver in the world. You are more costly than all the gold in the world and you are more beautiful than diamonds.
Nothing that you do can make God love you less. God’s love for you are not based on performance. He love you at times when you did not like yourself. He loves you when you did the worse sin. He loves you when you did not love Him. Your sin, your shortcomings cannot make God love you less. Nothing that you do can make God love you more. His love for you is great it just cannot get more. God’s love for you will never change, all that you can do is just to receive it.
God loves you and there is nothing that you can do about it.
